Anybus ONE acts as a PROFINET IO‑Device, exchanging process data and parameters with a PLC or other PROFINET Controller.
In Anybus Studio, you define how Anybus ONE appears on the PROFINET network, including modules, submodules, slots, and subslots.
When the configuration is complete, Anybus Studio generates a GSDML file. Engineering tools use the GSDML file to install, configure, and diagnose the device.
