Set up Evaluation Board network access

Note
To install a configuration to the Anybus ONE System on Module (SoM) or communicate on PROFINET, the Evaluation Board must have valid IP settings configured on the same subnet as your computer.
Before you begin
Ensure that the Evaluation Board is:
powered on.
connected to the computer using an Ethernet cable.
Procedure
Wait for the Evaluation Board startup to complete.
Configure the Evaluation Board IP settings using one of the following methods:
HMS IPconfig network discovery tool
Use HMS IPconfig to detect the Evaluation Board and configure the IP settings.
Download HMS IPconfig installation files and HMS IPconfig User Manual.
DHCP
By default, DHCP is enabled on the Anybus ONE SoM.
The IP address is assigned automatically by a DHCP server.
PROFINET DCP (Discovery and Basic Configuration Protocol)
When running PROFINET, DCP is used to configure the IP settings.
Requires a configuration installed on the Anybus ONE SoM.
